Summary: Clean shop

Review: The first two oil changes were satisfactory. After the first one, I noticed that the washer levels had not been topped up as is customary at other shops. Before the second oil change I noted this to the owner, who said that it should have been done and would make sure it was taken care of. Even so, when my car was ready, I asked about the washer levels and he checked with the mechanics.They hadn't done it so I had to wait in the parking lot while they poured washer fluid into the tanks. The shop has a very "rough" waiting area, but the folks are very warm, nice, cheerful and welcoming. They turned the small air conditioner onto my seating area without me asking.
