Summary: Highly satisfied

Review: The quality of work is excellent, the knowledge of the problem is thorough, the prices are competitive, the complimentary loaner car is a great savings, and the customer service is friendly. The valve guide repair and head gasket replacement I needed is expensive, so I compared prices with four other auto repair shops, and Eastside Autoworks was better than all of them. I also asked the other shops what work is required, and Eastside Autoworks had everything covered but didn't recommend unnecessary work either. They also demonstrated a deep knowledge of Subaru's to ensure that the work is done properly. I highly recommend them.
