Summary: Couldn't be happier

Review: Don't expect the to be fast. I made an appointment and they didn't even start on my car for over 30 minutes. I brought my car in for an oil change to save me time and the trouble if doing it myself. Instead had to take an extra long lunch break and lost valuable work time. If you use them, be sure you can drop off your car and pick it up later. For an oil change this really shouldn't be necessary.

Reply: I'm apologize that your last experience wasn't up to the speed and efficiency that you are used to here at Trinity's. Sometimes there are factors that can effect the finish time of vehicles which are out of our control. Thank you for being a loyal customer.
