Summary: The best!

Review: My remote key was not functioning, and I thought I needed a new one. I went across the street to Lawrence Volvo, where the car was initially purchased (not by me), to inquire about a replacement. I was told that the solution was to purchase a new one for $250, which did not include a $150 fee to "program" the remote key to my car. I brought my problem to George, who replaced the battery and charged me $11. That anecdote perfectly describes my experience, over the last 5 years and 2 cars, with Joe's. Customer service - in this case finding the best and most cost effective solution for ME, the customer - really means something to them. I will never go anywhere else.
