Summary: Quality Care

Review: I love Joe's! As a woman, it is nice that the staff always takes the time necessary to explain to me exactly what the issue is, including showing me a photo or diagram if warranted....and they are never condescending. The work is done well and completed in a timely manner. They seem to have a lot of integrity, and I never get the feeling that they are fixing things unncessarily. They will even prioritize repair work needed if I ask 'what can wait?' Everyone is pleasant and the shuttle service to/from work or home is a great convenience. No one likes taking their car in to be fixed, but it helps to have a place you can go to that does a good job and charges fairly.
