I always recommend Stan'S. The only bad thing that has ever happened was today when my keys were locked in my car - and the door was supposed to be open. But - I have been using Stan's for many years and am usually very happy. I was thrilled to have a loaner! One thatng that would be appreciated is if - once in a while - you would offer to investigate a problem without charging - especially for a longtime customer who has spent a lot of money at the shop. Just saying. . .
