Summary: I am one of those..

Review: I am one of those people who dreads taking the car into the shop. Today I went in for an oil change my first time choosing Motor Motion mind you and I've found that rare balance of informative and friendly. From the moment I got there Greg and Caleb were welcoming and genuinely interested in me as a person not a pocketbook. (They even gave me a welcome bag with truffles in it!) Long story short they were awesome and I got my car back 10 times cleaner than it was when I showed up this morning! From now on I'll be using Motor Motion for all of my mechanical needs.
