Summary: Grassland Car Care

Review: The personnel were very friendly and wanted to know where I had been since last time (I had oil changes elsewhere). They seemed professional and competent and wanted to satisfy their customers. The only irritant was the nearly $4 shop fee added on. When I asked they said it was for topping off fluids, which they never said they had to do. It seems like a way to get an easy $4 extra on top of the special deal. All in all the $29.99 (without tax) for oil change, filter and tire rotation was a good deal but the cost of over $37 was more than advertized and you can never get the oil change for $29.99 plus the oil disposal $1 and tax--it will always include the shop fee whether needed or not. Thank goodness they didn't charge a shop fee of $15 or $20, if they really wanted to get in your pocket.
