I am a regular customer and I am really disappointed about my recent services from them. They were totally unprofessional and overcharged for the oil changes and filter change which was more than the dealer. They have charged my wife over 30% for service A as compared to the same service done just last year and charged $80 labor for simple air filter change which is far more than what the dealers charge. Also they charged $120 to do simple trouble shoot on the electrical system which the dealers do not charge at all and was going to charge over $800 to fix something that there was no problem at all. It is disappointing that they will screw their loyal customer like this. It is not about money but the principles. I will not return to them again and will tell all my friends and associates about their fraudulent practice.

I went over the charges to your invoice and found that they were accurate for your 2012 GL550 4Matic Mercedes. To best serve you, we provided the cost and got your approval first before any work was done. You mentioned that the labor for the air filter was $80, but our record shows differently. Please check your invoice and let us know if there is a mistake.
In regards to the diagnostic, your wife came to us because the Check Engine light was on. This is how your car tells you that something is wrong, which means a component has failed or going to fail. After thoroughly following steps to identify, verify, and find a solution for the problem, a recommendation was provided to you with confidence. Please let us know if another source conflicts with our report so we can work it out. At this point, we stand behind our diagnostic results.
Your business has always been appreciated, and the service provided to you has always been done with honesty and integrity. I know you were unhappy with your last visit, but we did our best to provide the best possible service. In the future, please don't hesitate to decline a recommendation if you are not completely comfortable with it. Its important to find a shop that is a right fit for you, we are disappointed that it can't be us. Sometimes we have to defer business to another shop that is more aligned with a customer's values.
