Summary: Highly satisfied

Review: I have been with Alfa Subaru for 15+ years, including using their services, either by phone seeking information or for service when I lived out of state and was in town visiting. I have never had one single problem, have always felt completely confident in their assessments and work, never felt I was overcharged or advised to have work done on my car that didn't need to be done. All service has been scheduled and completed in the time frames I was quoted, if not sooner. Alfa Subaru has accommodated me in more ways than I can say and aside from emergency service out of town, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Now that they have added Toyota and Honda, I can recommend the shop to more people and I'm positive they will get the service I have always received.
