Summary: Great people

Review: They are always so nice and willing to work with me on scheduling my services to fit my budget. They take great care to keep you aware of what is needing done and will need done in the future without ever being pushy. They are super honest. I took my car to them one time when it was in "limp mode" (barely would go over 10 mph... they checked it all out; turned out the fuel line was just frozen. It thawed out fine and they didn't charge me! They could have gotten away with whatever at that point, but they didn't. I also love that they are a part of my little Vic Vil community and are LGBT, all female, and Eco-friendly. My only complaint is they don't always call when they are done with the work. Poor Heather is is always doing 4 things at once and never skips out on giving each customer full personal service and doesn't make mistakes, but that takes time and there is too much so people don't get called back as quickly as they could; she needs a little part-time office assistant.
