Summary: Professional and skilled people

Review: Superb service. As a first-time customer, I had them do a timing belt and water pump replacement (which involved a lot of work) plus some exhaust system work, which by arrangement they sent out to a third party do. These women are true professionals, unlike so many places that just hire people off the street.They are knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. They actually think and analyze; they consider various approaches and use their experience and judgment when making recommendations, rather than just mindlessly looking up part numbers and quoting prices. Their shop rates are absolutely fair -- not cut-corners cheap and not uncomfortably expensive, and were actually substantially less than prices other shops had quoted me for the same work. The only drawback I can mention: Their ability to excel is, unfortunately, limited by their facility. It is TINY: 3 cars max with barely space to move. Many residential garages are bigger. There is no lift, only a basement level. Thus, an appointment is a must and you can't be in a hurry. Nonetheless, my wife and I are very happy we found AAC and we will be having them service all three of our cars.
