Great customer service. Welcoming, respectful, informative, above-board. They never do work without consulting with you first. I can't really make a comparison with other shops, but I find their prices to be reasonable. For longer jobs, they make it easy; they'll pick you up, take you home. My car, a '97, is in tip-top shape, in large part thanks to Stan's.
