Summary: Reliable

Review: I am a huge fan of this auto shop . Being a female you always worry if you are getting a fair and honest deal but the guys at Rick and Rays always have fantastic diagnostics and will give you fair deals. This shop is more expensive than most but what I really respect is that they stand by there work. I had 800 dollars worth of brake repair done a year ago. Recently my brakes began to fail again. The guys found a warranty for the parts and did the work in the house. You just don't get that kind of service from corporate mechanics or cheaper shadier shops . They also were able to diagnose my battery issue and have my car back to me same day . I highly recommend this shop to any customer but especially female customers. They will not treat you like an idiot or scam you .
