"I went in for a smog check and the staff was so courteous and helpful. It took less than a 1/2 hour and I had everything completed to renew my registration. In addition, it was the best smelling waiting room ever!"

"Generally, quality is high and cost is moderate. On previous Inspection II visit, the technician did not report finding a broken fog lamp cover, nor did I notice it before-hand; however the morning after service, I noticed the broken cover. While I cannot be sure this happened during service, I would have thought the shop would have given me a discount (such as no labor charge) to replace the broken lens cover. Otherwise, service for past 3 years has been solid and high quality."
