"The thing I appreciate most about Eastside Bavarian is not one thing, it's its people. Ken clearly explained what was going on with my car, explained their process for determining and implementing the best fix, and gave me more than one option, pointing out that replacing the whole assembly on my malfunctioning headlight was, in the long run, the cheapest option. No BS spoken here, no inflated scope of work, no worries about being sold a bill of goods --- just work done right with sensitivity to the pain of forking out for something one would really rather not be buying. If only BMWs were as reliable as Eastside Bavarian is."
