"I was greatly impressed with the professionalism and respect your employees showed..the shuttle service was great (thank you..Juan)he was very courteous.I set out with a budget on repairs..but, the cost of repairs far exceeded that...I guess its been awhile since I have utilized a AUTO SHOP for that type of repair because I was SHOCKED!!! surely, I expected the LABOR to be alittle costly, but, the parts!! oh my..well, thats surely is the business to be in...AUTO REPAIR... well, I guess I will be eating P&J for awhile...I was just dismayed because I only had 1 part of my vehicle repaired and the cost of that..left me with no money left to have a alignment done even though I had a coupon...which they did not accept because...little did I know..on the coupon there is a asterick which stipulates can not be used for TRUCKS...this I feel is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT because no where on there does it say...(in print legible enough to read)well,I am happy, my vehicle is running better...its just that the cost of repairs I feel are WAY ASTRONOMICAL...seriously...those parts really can't cost THAT MUCH!!!! Maybe, if you were more reasonable in pricing you would more that likely have more customers.."
