If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"I, well, forgot my 8am appointment, and my phone was not within earshot for a couple of hours, so by the time I got the message that they were waiting for me down at Skillman's, it was noon. Even so, they took my car in late and even had it back to me in less than the estimated time. Love those guys!"
