"This was the best find of the year! I am so happy to have an Eastside alternative for servicing my Mini Cooper. Everyone in this shop is friendly, accommodating, and honest. They performed a service for $50 that I had been given a quote of $250 from the Mini dealer. And the Mini specialist is factory trained. On a recent visit, three different employees came into the lobby area and greeted me by name (without first checking paperwork)...pretty hard to find that kind of personal service these days! It's great to find the complete package of friendly, honest and highly competent service all in one! Yep, I love these guys!"
