If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"I'm a single mother and cash is tight. I was having problems with my car and was afraid of going to a shop and get taken advantage of. So I went to a dealer and after 2 weeks and $1,6oo later;they couldn't fix my car. It wasn't fair. A friend referred me to this place and the man who answer the phone was nice. He explained to me a couple of things and gave me confidence. Over all my bill was $400 and had no problems since."
