If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"All the employees were very cordial and friendly. My mechanic came into the comfortable and clean waiting room, took his time in explaining and described in detail all the work that needed to be done on my 2002 vehicle along with a analytical hardcopy of each descriptive repair. Few repairs needed to be addressed immediately, however, the other four repairs could be done in sequence at a later time. I really appreciated the HONESTY and the opportunity not to have a costly repair all at once. Kevin, also explained that if I have two items done at the same time I can save some money (labor rate) due to the fact the repairs are in the same area. Rarely, an unspoken truth in the business. Truth and honesty are much more welcoming!!!"
