If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"Alignment, oil change and new tires. Had to go back in and ask to have ny service light reset. took 3 guys to figure it out. Car drives worse now than ever. I could barely keep the car on the road to LAX. The wheels feel like they are loose and wobbling. Car still puls to the right just as bad as ever. I'm in Tennessee and so far very unhappy. We'll see if they fix it."

"We have been taking our cars here for over 10 years. My husband had a 1996 Volvo he kept for ages and this guy took good care of it. He does other makes besides Volvos too and now we take a Pontiac and an Acura to him as well. He is reliable and honest and I don't feel ripped off like I have with other mechanics. If something is beyond repair or a waste of money he will tell you, which is often an issue with older cars."
