If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"I took my van in to have the tires and brakes looked at, knowing that we'd probably need 2-4 new tires and possibly some brake work. Many places would have gone for the $ and tell me that I needed 4. However. Carl assessed the tires and brakes, told me the brakes were fine (and explained why they were making noise) and that I only needed two tires. He then told me what I needed to do to get the new ones to last at least 10,000 more miles more than the old ones! We have found Kaiser's to be consistently honest and dependable."

"It all comes from trust! And I totally trust Greg's. I was expecting a $990 bill for a new timing belt on my 2000 Subaru that's done 130K miles, instead they call and say it all looks new, everything looks good, the last owner's shop must have forgotten the sticker (or it fell off). Either way, I paid just $215 and still have peace of mind. Not many car shops do what's best for the customer in practice. Greg's does. Stellar!"
