If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"While I waited for my car to have an oil change and have it winterized, I was told that there was a chance that my 7 yr old battery should be changed either at this time or soon. Also I was apprised that my muffler had a small hole in it and may need attention in the spring. My tires were rotated, and I was told that I may need to think about getting a pair in the spring. I so much appreciate that careful scruteny taken to make sure my car stays in excellent condition. Knowing that there are other items I will need to address and knowing that they are not urgent, makes it easier for my to plan on having additional work done when my budget can better afford it."
