If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"The gentlemen in this autoshop are marvelous technicians, who treated me kindly and made me feel like a valued customer every step of the way!"

"very satisfied. Now two questions:
1. I heard some noise when I brake slightly. Want to verify with you it is a normal case for new brake.
2. the coolant indicator is lightened on dashboard when I use heater. It is normal otherwise. Is it a real alarm or a false negaTIVE that I can ignore?"

"Hi Kenny. . .Thanks for always going to bat for me. We just traded in our X5 for a 2006 Ford F350 Diesel to pull the recently purchased 36' Fifth Wheel Trailer. Just wanted to let you know to purge our name from the file. I have cut out our name from the repair records but am thinking of passing on the records so the next people will know what all already been done. What is your advice on this.
Thanks,
Larry McNaught"

"I took a car I was selling to have it serviced before it went to the new owner. The service was excellent. Competitive cost, timely service and the new owner says the car runs muchbetter than when he first test drove it. Good job, Larry!"

"Airport automotive is the best. I have been taking my two toyotas to Gary Olson (Owner) for the past 15 years. One has 125,000 miles and the other has 225,000 miles on it and both run great. He is the only mechanic that I trust for repairs and maintenance. He cares about his customers and does quality work."
