"I was recommended by a family member and decided to stop in for an oil change. We chit-chatted about my specific model, I got some vaulable (but no hassle) information. There was zero pressure and no 'scare tactics', just straightforward information supplied by knowledgeable, friendly people. with continued service like that, I'll be a client for as long as I own a BMW.
