"A phone call provided an initial analysis of the probable problem, which allowed an estimate of the repair effort required.
An appointment was scheduled for the next day, work started on time, and the root problem was rapidly validated. I was provided an estimate of both time and cost, and the shop completed all work within those estimates. Additionally, the tech came out to the waiting room to provide a picture of what was found and a description of what he did.
