"AutoWorks Car Care in Payson is an excellent, knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced car care service center. We have been using them for about a decade, even though we don't live in Payson. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars is because there has been an occasion or two where my car was not attended to in a timely fashion due to other 'emergency' needs of other cars brought to the shop. Fortunately, even though I dropped the car off early in the morning, I didn't have to have it right away and could wait to pick it up before closing that day. I should also say that they do attend to things they see that need attention that I didn't bring to their attention - which means they go the extra mile to give service. And then again, I suppose if I were the car owner that had the 'emergency' need, and was attended to right away, I would probably see it from a different prospective and give them 5 full stars."
