"Until this last visit I would recommend them, but I don't feel as confident in them anymore. First They did an ok job and I love the Car wash! But I did not get an option to purchase the parts separately, caliper or just the adaptor - that was stripped out. I also never got to see the orginal part they replaced - said they did it at the other locations and didn't have it. You are regarded as having great customer service but didn't give me the option to order only the part I needed - at less cost, or show me the part you replaced. Also charged me for checking for the noise instead of including it with the 265.00 charge for the part - said if I did the whole job -brakes both sides $800 + they would of thrown in the inspection price. so I paid 135.00 plus 265.00 for a total of 399.99 for a new caliper and oil change. The price isn't the issue so much as it would have been nice to have been asked to order just the adaptor even if it meant waiting another day It would of taking something off the 135.00 oil change with inspection - especially if I now have to pay another 265 bucks. You should make it a habit to always show your customer the old parts!!!"
