"In one day - three visits - I got my car's annual state inspection done - my car and my wife's car detailed - and a nail pulled from one of my tires and the hole patched. All without an appointment! Super accommodating, very friendly and professional. Super experience!"

"Had my daughters car in from out of town for repairs. It was a bad weekend since a lot of the communications broke down on the urgency of getting everything done in one day so she could head back to DC. Car sat on the lot and I lost 4 hours of time before any diagnosis was started. Ended up just getting 2 of my 4 items fixed and the others left for later. The guys were very apologetic and even took care of my oil change to my satisfaction. They are true professionals at their work and handled a rocky situation as best that they could under the circumstances. I think the only improvement I could recommend would be to make a better system to communicate the repairs, appointment time, and the urgency of repair when a customer sets up an appointment online days in advance and even speaks with the front office staff to be sure things are clear. I will return to get the other things fixed as soon as I can get the car back here from DC."
