If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Either I'm a great story teller or Brian has a 6th sense, when I explained the problem I was having with my E500 he nailed the problem immediately. The car was also fixed with in a couple of hours instead of leaving it for 2-3 days like the "other" places resulting in car rental fees. When I picked the car up and drove off, I left with a feeling of confidence that the job was done right. Reasonable pricing too."
