"I was looking to purchase a pre-owned BMW and needed information as to what to look for in a particular model. In addition, I needed help with the car once I found it. I went into Eastside Bavarian and Ken S. answered all my questions, in a language I understood, and plus ones I hadn't thought of. He was extremely patient and kind.
After I found the car, they gave me an appt. right away. The mechanics report was so thorough, including recommendations for needed repairs and overall soundness.
