"These guys are not only SUPER nice, they don't try to screw you over by charging ridiculous prices. We had a $20 battery wiring harness break on our Ford Escape Hybrid & Ford was going to charge us $650 to fix it. We called Heritage and they said they could do it for $300! Not only that, but it was a repair they'd never done before and rather than skirting away from it or charging more for a difficult repair (had to figure out how to get a 250 lb hybrid battery out of the back of an SUV), they dove right in and figured it out. Also, my husband and I are searching for a new, used car and anytime we have a question, we just call Rex and he tells us what to look for. Best repair shop I've ever dealt with and I'm not afraid of getting screwed out of a bunch of $$."
