"Of course, when your car is running perfectly, you don't want to spend the money to fix something that has not failed -- YET.
I was well past the lifespan of my Honda Civic's timing belt by two lives -- the staff patiently would remind me that it is much better to fix before there is a catosprophic problem. It was the patience and zero pressure that re-assured me that it was not just the shop trying to earn extra money but, a real caring for the customer and the life of the car.
