"I was extremely pleased overall with the service I received here. I had previously gone to Pep Boys thinking they would be cheaper and quicker but they decided to take my car apart before verifying they had the parts they needed...while I waited 3x longer than estimated in the lobby. Told them to put it back together and took it to Convoy Auto the next day. They fixed it in just a couple hours and it was $40 cheaper! I felt they were very honest with what absolutely needed to be repaired and what was "showing signs of age". I'll definitely be coming back for all my repairs!"

"This was not my 1st excellent experience with PA and I'm sure it won't be my last. My '95 F250 Power Stroke(PS) was struck by lightning while in OK. I was able to get home, but continued to periodically blow fuses. The PS is a rat's nest of wires. PA did a thurough and methodical diagnosis at a VERY reasonible price. The people are great to work with and very competent. I do some of my own mechanical work, so I have a technical understanding. I highly recommend PA as honest, fair and competent mechanics, and just really nice people."
