"1. The BG process: makes sense to me, don't know what took so long for this type service to be available. Info on youtube. That new car dealers are using this convinced me. Yeah it could just be a big money maker.. like smog checks, but you actually have system fluids flushed here. 2. My BG service: trans seemed tighter after the service?! I went well beyond the factory recommended service interval and should have done this sooner. 3. MS Inc. All Good. Nothing negative to report. Had a short discussion with Steve prior to the service and I was satisfied. On time, within advertised estimate. No pushy follow-up, or nagging about waiting so long. Pricey. If the BG process is followed and I don't feel the need to check under my hood after, it is a good value"
