"My first visit was in February. At that time, the car needed a battery and they did a service check. We went over things that needed to be done in the future. No pressure to get them done ASAP. I told them I was taking car back to Boston. They did some of the service work and when I return next month, they will finish it. Nice not to get hosed!"

"they are great with service - and can take a look at the car you are buying to assess its merit - make quick adjustments to their schedule for an emergency.
Most importantly, very discrete if do something... silly ... like you run out of gas or you forget to leave the car in gear or the emergency break on."
