If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Had a weird plume of smoke coming from A/C dial. Brought truck to Ron's on a Thurs. afternoon, told them they could have it until Friday end of business. They were able to get it done, just a half hour before closing Friday. I was very happy as I was hoping to have it available for hauling stuff on the weekend."

"We brought our VW Jetta in to get the A/C fixed. Ray was kind enough to hunt around and find a used part (mfr. doesn't make needed part anymore) to get the A/C fixed. Just in time for a hot Summer. Ron's always does an excellent job providing top-quality service. They call with an estimate before doing the work, check to see if a rental car is needed while ours is in the shop, and the car is done and ready for pickup when they say it will be ready."

"I reviewed my bill of 7/21 (0031839) and compared it with the estimate I received on 6/16 (0017404) and would like to know why there is such a difference in price for the Ignition tune Up. The 6/16 bill estimated $149.21, which included new plugs and it seemed to include new ignition wires too. Price I paid yesterday was quite a bit higher. The fuel injection service estimate and billed price on 7/21 was the same so I have no questions there. I would just like to know why there is such a difference in price on the tune up. I've always been 100% happy with the work, your staff is great and the pricing very fair. Jimmy's is the BEST place and I always recommend your company. I will be scheduling in August to have the tie rod and radiator hoses etc. replaced (as outlined on 0017404) Please respond to the tune up question. Thank you. Anna Pavoll"

"I have sensitive ears so when my brakes started squealing on my 2008 Suburban, I thought the shop I took it to for my oil change would diagnose the problem. I figured it was just dust or a rock caught in the brake pad. The shop that did my oil change didn't say anything about the noise. So I went to Tom and Michael at Honest-1 Auto Care. They took off the tires and showed me that my brakes were worn all the way down to the steel tab. If they hadn't seen this then, it could have cost me hundreds more in a few hundred miles. Thanks, guys, for being good at what you do and being honest about it!"

"For the first time in seven years of dealing with Boyd's I actually needed a ride to work in the a.m. when I had my oil changed and I thank you for providing the service. I understand that your hoping to put ride service in place since your a growing automotive shop and offering that service would be a big plus for someone like myself who leaves my vehicle there the night before. There are even retired fellows out there who may be able to help out and would appreciate having a part time job transporting some of your customers if you can't manage the time to do it. Lisa, even although there is air conditioning in the office get yourself a small little table fan and put it on your desk to stay cool. Ryan will benefit from it also. Thanks John for the work you did on my mirrors as I feel much safer knowing that their not going to move on me when I'm driving. Thanks Stu for helping me out in my journey of working through some of my late husband's automotive stuff. I'll see you folks around October 21st for my next oil change.
