The cost of the evaluation was surprisingly low."

"It was a last minute problem I had with my car and they were able to help me. They were great, they give you recommendations about things that can be done with the car but they don't push you like some other places. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because they weren't really good one the first day in keep me up to date with what was going on with my car."

"I am very skeptical when it comes to car repairs so I took our van around to 3 places and told them that I needed to have my brakes looked at. I intentionally gave no other information. Big O told me my calipers were frozen along with needing brakes($800+) the Chevy dealer told me my wheel was bent plus needed new pads ($400). By the time I got to you guys, I didn't believe anything that people told me. Turns out that I did need new brakes but the guys were very honest about it.
Next car (Suburban) was having trouble starting (occasionally). I was afraid that the starter was going out but the guys put it on the monitor and turned out that all I needed was a new battery. Still had the original battery ('03) in there. Saved me $350. Honestly goes a LONG way. I will refer all who need car repairs to you."
