This just goes to show that you cant judge a book by its cover. BMW is flashy and shiny. This place isnt but its so hard to find a good mechanic, a place that won't rip you off. They are the best. She had never been there before and got lost on the way. When she got there she was very upset about getting lost and you were very understanding and took care of her right away and only charged for the oil.
