If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"With most shops, the service writers tell you what needs to be done. You sign and a few days later, you get the call saying it's done. You guys surprised me by having the tech show me exactly what was going to get replaced on my own vehicle plus some suggestions that I could even do myself to save some cash! I was amazed! Ken and Jamie are both top-notch. I look forward to bringing my car back!"

The shop went out of their way to help me out. When the car was ready they sent someone to pick me up and bring me to the shop as I had no way to get there on my own. These guys and gals rock!"

"I came in for a oil change and had an appt. The appt was great, everything was checked and was explained to me and I was in and out within an hour. I do have 10 yr old car that runs great but now is beginning to need some work so Town and Country is helping me keep my car stay on the road during these rough finacial times."

Mechanics provide honest assessments (such as letting us know that something may become a problem later and we should wait until later to get work done on it). And we like that T&C is a local business that supports the local school - very generous."

"Very satisfied with the service I've received at All Star. This was my second time there. Everyone is friendly and polite. The waiting room is great. I had my 4 yr old son with me and he was able to watch TV while we waited for our oil change. The service manager explained some other maintenance issues that my car needs and gave me price estimates which I thought were reasonable. We will definitely go to All Star Auto for car maintenance and repair issues in the future!"
