If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"After being recommended here by AAMCO Transmissions because what I thought was the tranny was actually the engine, it took them a mere hour and a half after opening, since I left my car their early using the early bird/night owl service which is super easy, they figured out what was wrong with my car, an estimate which was hundreds lower than my best guess, and 2 hours after that they called saying it was ready to go. After having that light on for about 2 years they fixed in less than 4 hours on the same day I dropped it off and for less than $200. Amazing work and super courteous people. The only thing they could do better is if you schedule an appointment online, they will just e-mail you with confirmation, no phone call."

"They got me in on short notice and completed the work on my car quickly. Great customer service is hard to findbut AWS definitely has it! The services I requested were completed without a call of additional work being needed which I often get at other places, possible because I'm a female? Anyhow they are great and I would definitely recommend them!"

"Honest and up front. It's nice to find a garage that can be trusted!"

"We moved to Utah 8 years ago, and started looking for service/repair shop for our cars. We've been in and out of a number of shops over the years, but it was about a year ago that we found AutoWorks. Plan on being there a long time."

"you guys are great. Greg is always helpful and patient answering questions an offering solutions in addition to making sure everything was repaired to your satisfaction. My car was repaired as promised and saved me 200 dollars from a competitors estimate. I had my car serviced at another location that was closer in proximity. German motors is well worth the few extra miles to travel."
