"I went to East Side Bavarian with a malfunctioning passenger side headlight. The estimate they gave me was less than half of what the dealership stated. When I went there, they were very friendly, they even offered my 4 year old ice cream! What really made it better is that they found out that the bulb was not the problem and didn't charge me a penny. Unfortunately it was the control unit, which was covered under the extended warranty I bought, so I fixed it at the dealership. Wondering if they accept after market warranty. If they do, I will be a customer for life."
