"Craig's installed an aftermarket upper intake manifold on my F150 and it caused a whirring noise. They exhaustively sought the cause of the noise, and ultimately determined it was due to a faulty part. They replaced the aftermarket part with a Ford part, and the noise was gone. The whole process was kind of lengthy, but Craig's did a great job and I can't blame them for a faulty part. I mostly worked with Doug and he was extremely polite, helpful and courteous."
