"I was quoted one price over the phone, I did not reveal that I had a discount coupon. I in advertently showed my qupon at the desk before the price for the service was quoted to me and He came back with the samerice quoted to me over the phone but I expected to hear a lower price because of the coupon. some loose explanation was given and the price was lowered, The explanation was referenced to the taxes, I felt thre was no "full disclosure" because the first written quote stated a radiator cap . the second took that off. Basically I had room for mis-trust of price fixing."

"I brought my car in for a smog test and asked if they could install my after-market GPS that I foolishly bought with no research. They said that they could but they knew of a better and less expensive place that could do so. Since I was going to be gone for the following 2 weeks they did the smog, got the specialized place to install the GPS, and left the car back in my driveway before I got home.
