I have to say as a female most male mechanics want to sell me much more than I can afford and try to talk me into purchasing things I dont need. As a mechanics daughter (even though he lives in another city) I often hate the way male mechanics treat me as if I know nothing. When talking to Roy and then later picking up my sisters car I was believed when I said what the problem was and only that problem was fixed with no up sales (for instance any other mechanic I have been to would have mentioned the check engine light and told me I wasnt safe on the road until they did further work even though this visit was for tire). It was very refreshing and I thank you. I will definatly be in the next time I have a problem. You have gained my trust."
