At the end of the job, less work was required at this poiint in time...they could have done it all, but they made a customer centric choice to defer work on the front brakes since there was still life left in the pads and rotors. It's great to find a place that does the necessary work well and provides options for the "nice to do" work."

"I have taken my car here several times. Actually I have taken my last 3 cars here several times. They are totally honest and don't try to take advantage of you if you're a woman like a lot of auto shops do. I've called them from other auto shops before to compare prices and they always take time to call me back and give me honest and fair prices. Other places will quote you a price and then find some other things to charge you for. My favorite mechanic there is Richard, he is really good and he sincerely cares about doing quality work. Try to get him to work on your car if you can."

"I love this place. My car is due for an oil change soon and I'm ready to trek back up North. What does that say about German Auto Sport? I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Upon purchasing your BMW, you pretty much know (or should know) you are going to spend money on it. No big deal if you know how to manage your finances douche. Stop trying to be hood rich. Besides, if you think these guys are expensive take your Bimmer (Yeah that's the car, Beamer =bike. You can thank me for the etymology lesson later.) to the dealership. My bimmer Wolfgang is at 176xxx and still runs like a champ. And yes I'm still rocking the license plate cover in SoCal."

"Took my truck in for some brake service. Thought I needed new pads, but just needed a Pro Cut on my rotors.
They were quick and were able to work me in on a short notice and even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the job was finished.
