"I love taking my car to Roy's for service. I know that the entire staff goes above and beyond the "standard". I don't mind paying a little more for an oil change because I know he inspects all kinds of safety issues. Also, I am single woman and they serve rather than take advantage of me. They make sure what is done, is done right. Honest suggestions for future service are given. I NEVER have to worry about scams that other shops participate in regularly. The shop and waiting area are clean. I don't have to listen to the typical "Mechanic talk" so prevalent in other places. Roy Foster's Automotive is the "friend" you can go to who is honest: a family tradition. I used to use the cheapest service I could find, but this is clearly a better way to take care of my older car, even in this economy."

When we were overcharged for a service call, the service rep gave us a prompt call and made a quick adjustment.
