"My son took his Honda civic in to get his tires rotated. After that, MD automotive wrote up several other items that could be looked at to be fixed such as tires getting close to being replaced, dirty air filter, oil pan gasket leaking, and fuel injector cleaning. And based upon what they wrote up we went ahead and tried to take care of what we could. We purchased new tires and tried to clean the K&N air fliter but couldn't get the air filter cover off. We deduced the MD tech probably torqued the screws too much to where we couldn't unscrew it off the filter assy box. My son took the car back and explained to MD automotive that we couldn't take off the air filter cover because we deduced the mechanic over torqued the screws to where it was just spinning in its place.MD automotive accepted responsibility for it and replaced the air filter assy box. Although we paid half-price for the filter assy box and no labor charge, it was still a good faith action on their part to ensure customers were being taken care of. I applaud them for making things right when something goes awry in their value-added inspections."
