"I was in OC (100 plus miles from my home) taking care of some business when my car, SL 500, would not shift out of 1st gear. I called Quality Motors (had taken my cars there years ago when I lived in OC and always had wonderful experiences with repair and service), spoke with Mark Dawson. My car was towed in; Mark took my information and shortly thereafter the computer diagnostic test showed a major transmission issue: valve body. Mark explained that Mercedes does not ship valve bodies to independents so Mark recommended me to contact the service manager at MV Mercedes, Greg, whom he highly recommended. Mark reduced the cost of the diagnostic test. My car was towed to Mercedes, the repair is almost complete. Amazing professional service and care for their customers!! I can only say it was a Wow Experience."
